Art Space Creative is an organization that looks for adaptive reuse projects. We align ourselves with developers and community leaders to aid in feasibility, space planning, leasing and/or selling of developers’ products. We then fuse these services with the arts and entertainment elements of the events business create  an extraordinary cultural and living experience. Ultimately creating destinations for the "culturally curious". Our flagship location in downtown Chicago, Illinois between the Magnificent Mile and Navy Pier is currently in the final stages of populating studio spaces with juried artists from all over the Midwest and others. 

At ASC we understand that artistic activity produces dividends for regional economy in two ways—as a current income stream and as a return to the region as a whole on past investments.

Area residents, and Art Center patrons, will enjoy impeccable, year-round assistance with travel planning, fine dining reservations, event recommendations, premium theater tickets and daily conveniences such as arrangements for dry cleaning, child care, personal valet, pet management and more.
